Tuition Scholarships + Aid About Our School Choice Scholarship

Welcome to the ”Admission/Enrollment" process for the 2023-2024 school year which officially began FACTS/Ren-Web on March 23, 2023. Thank you for your continued support and the trust that you place in our educational community in sending your children to Queen of All Saints School. We know your decision involves sacrifice and commitment. Our school community, including the pastor, Fr. Kime, our faculty and staff, we are committed to providing an excellent Catholic education for all our students, and we are dedicated to embracing the school's mission of learning, serving and loving in Jesus' name.

Our school continues to identify, implement, and evaluate all of our programs and educational opportunities. This self evaluation allows us to constantly improve both our academic and our school facilities.  Next year our goals include: a commitment to data driven education; additional resources for implementation and achievement in computer programs; and improvement for early success in ELA and Math.  Further we intend to enhance our school culture through Conscious Discipline.  Through this program, we give our students tools they need to manage emotions and self-regulate during these formative years.  All of these aspects work together to help our students achieve excellence in academics, spirituality and self-care.

We are also in the process of enhancing our building to create a more comfortable learning environment.  Last year, with the assistance of the parish, we spent over $300,000 to install new windows in the school, thereby improving the environment of learning for our students.  This year we intend to continue the work of capital improvements by updating all of the HVAC systems for the school.

The actual cost of educating a child at Queen of All Saints School exceeds $8,600. In order to provide excellent faith formation and faith-based education with a focus on academic excellence, we have a flat tuition rate per child. The difference between the actual cost and tuition is bridged by parish support, scholarships, fundraising, and the diocesan tuition grants. There is a Parish Scholarship that will be available to all families that may be in need of assistance. I assure you that we do everything we can to be good stewards of your tuition and of the parish support we receive.

This 2023-2024 school year each family will be asked to fill out their bank/financial information through the FACTs website as part of their student enrollment.  This school year we will be using FACTs Tuition Management to handle all of our tuition and other school payments.  The program will also allow parents not only to make their monthly tuition payments, but also add money to accounts such as Noah’s Ark and the Cafeteria Lunch Balance.  It will also allow for payments to be made to the athletic department.  All this will be managed by you through your FACTs Family Portal account.

The process for enrollment is found in FACTS/Renweb.   Please let us know how we can assist you.  We look forward to partnering with you and your child to provide the highest quality education in a Christ-centered environment.  We look forward  to being a part of your child’s life daily.

Yours in Christ,  Mrs. Kim Gondeck, Principal
