Staff Member: Cathy Laughlin
Strengths: Achiever, Ideation, Responsibility, Strategic, Restorative
Currently, I work with parish teams in the areas of; stewardship, communications, missionary discipleship, membership formation and youth formation. On a personal level, I am blessed to have a loving husband, Douglas, two beautiful daughters, Stephanie and Sarah, and a fun loving cockapoo, Teddy! “My cup runneth over” Psalm 23:5
I am inspired by those who have a hopeful, spirit filled vision for Queen of All Saints Parish. I believe that by embracing prayer and a relationship with Jesus everything changes. I want to share my God-given gifts of creativity and innovation to help develop opportunities for members to share their faith, embrace their gifts and find purpose in their lives.
Employed at Queen of All Saints Parish since 2003, I have worked with spirit filled co-workers and volunteers. Some of the most rewarding projects I have worked on include the; Diocesan Women’s Conference, Legacy Center Open House, Legacy Seminar, Year of Legacy, Stewardship Appeals, Parish Ministry Fairs and the Saints in Action Volunteer Breakfast.
I enjoy learning about creative ways that other parishes and non-profits develop people. I have attended the International Catholic Stewardship Conference, National Planned Giving Conference, the Amazing Parish Conference and I also serve locally on the board for the Center for Creative Solutions.
